1 Shipping

1.1 What carrier do you ship your bikes through?

We work exclusively with UPS. With N+1 Bikes being located in Louisville, KY, a UPS Worldwide hub is available to ship your new bike very quickly through their U.S. network.

1.2 Do you ship to Hawaii and Alaska?

Yes, we can! But this might incur additional shipping charges.

2 Ordering

2.1 What if I want something custom on the bike I order online?

Simply put any special requests in the notes section at checkout. We will contact you if needed!

2.2 Do you price match if I find something cheaper on another site?

Give us a call at 502-718-7246. With the relationships that we have built with our product partners, we can be very competitive in pricing. We will work with you!

2.3 Can you setup my suspension when building the bike after purchase?

We sure can! Just add your weight in the notes section at checkout and we will make sure the shock and fork are setup correctly for you.
